Level 1: Critical Hit
Focus Chi with two Membranes for burst damage and taking down high defense targets. Aegis resist/end/rech in Tough for better smashing/lethal/fire/cold resistance and endurance usage. Performance shifter endmod/something in Physical Perfection for the hit points and better endurance recovery.
(Edit: Oooh, I forgot the default slot. Hmmm, Luck of the Gambler defense/end in Weave for hit points, extra defense, and lower endurance usage.)

Videos of Other Stupid Scrapper Tricks
Focus Chi with 2 extra slots. Give it the Adjusted Targeting Rech and Tohit/Rech and a level 50 common recharge. The other 2 slots should go into Tough for the 4 piece Reactive Armor set.
I know you don't want too much kibbitzing about your build choices, but I thought I'd point out something about Shard Warrior's build in your other thread. Look at Dragon's Tail and Eagle's Claw. He/she is using the purple sets in them, but instead of saving a slot like your build does, the sixth slot is used for the damage procs.
The purple damage procs are much, much better than regular damage procs. I highly recommend going ahead and using them in frequently-used attacks (I might have shifted the Hecatomb set to Storm Kick in SW's build, like you do, but that's a tactical decision about how early to get the melee defense from Touch of Death.) You're a Scrapper -- you can splurge on your attacks, attacking is what you're for. The extra slot in an attack gives a lot of mileage with the proc and it may well be worth scavenging your build to find room for it (two of them, in this case).

Take Focus Chi and use 2 of the 4 slots available for it. Use whatever enhancers you feel necessary for it.
The last 2 slots I would add the damage procs into Dragon's Tail and Storm kick. Those are worth every penny.

Co-Leader: Council of Heroes
"Whatever evils come this way... we will be there to stop them."
I have a MA/WP build that needs one more power and has 4 extra slots to place.
The power choices are between Cobra Strike, Eagle's Claw(only used for stunning), Focus Chi or SoW.
The four extra slots can go anywhere.
I'm going to post my build but I have a few "restrictions".
My build is finalized(in my mind) except the last power and 4 slots.
So please, try to only comment on the questions I asked...because I know people will want to criticize my build (Umbral).
I just want your opinions on what you would do (which power you would pick and where you would put the 4 slots) given this situation.
Thanks in advance.
