The tech issues forum would be the best place to ask, but from what I have heard most of the issues disappear if you make sure to download the drivers from your video card's manufacturer's website (the defualts drivers that come with 7 don't work as good as the full driver fro online)

All of this. Smoothest OS upgrade I've ever had, and I went straight from XP to 7.
There have been some people that have come to the tech forums with issues, but in nearly all cases those were because of improper driver installations (or, more recently, with AV programs) and not a problem with Win 7 itself. I've been running CoH on Win 7 since it opened to Beta and had no serious issues myself.
