Accolade powers... affected by global recharge?

Definitely affected. I don't think there is any particular special formula, beyond the usual.

I'm pretty sure all the accolade powers are affected by global recharge. Some of the vet powers and purchased powers are also - but quite a few are not.

I'm asking about the click accolade powers on a 25 minute recharge. Are any/all of them affected by hasten and global recharge bonuses? How can I tell which ones?
I couldn't find specific info about them in game or on the wiki.
