Vet rewards

For me, my brother and my girlfriend all recieved our Vet rewards late... well I've gotten mine since I put in a support ticket first. And after discovering this I couldn't help but wonder if anyone else has had this problem?

Also, not sure if this will help anything but on the NCSoft website you log in and go to support... it logs you out causing you to put in your e-mail address and them question if you are who you say you are. [This just happened to my GF... seriously they "X" out all the codes but the last 4 anyway how can you get that?]

Anyone else having these problems, how wide spread is this problem and... is it just me and those I've referred having this problem?

Mr. Tealeaf routinely gets his vet rewards two or three months after me, even though we got our accounts within two weeks of one another. Sometimes he has to petition, sometimes they drop in on thier own. Me? On time, everytime. We have the same credit card and other basic info.

Agreed, it appears to be a rather common problem, but only for some accounts. Personally mine appear on time every time, but I have seen a lot of people posting about not getting them. Was this happening on previous rewards (looking at your join date you should have at least 18 months unless you unsubbed at some point)?

On 3 of our household accounts, the rewards drop on time every time.

On my 'main' account, I have had issue with the last 4 or so, including requiring a petition for my 60 month one.

I have 24 months now, my latest came 2 weeks late, after I sent a support ticket. Before that they all came at about the right time, some just a few days late, but all around the same time.

It doesn't log you out - the support section of the website is separate from the Store/Account Management section. Those questions were just to set up your support account - from now on, you'll just need your email address and password to log in to support.

As far as security questions go, I'm always to have them on an account. I couldn't care less about my applied codes. Not only are they mostly blanked out, they're useless once applied. But my account has my credit card info on it. And in a few places on that page, are links to th NCSoft store. If they're going to stop someone from hacking into my account and maxing my card on random stuff, GOOD.

Mine have been like clockwork, except for the last one (48mths) when I had to log a support ticket to get it. Hopefullly the next one will be back on track....

Mine have been late occasionally but I've never had to open a support ticket. I just did a /petition and had the reward by the next time I logged in.

This happened to me just last week, otherwise it had been clockwork for the past 27 months. When I looked on my PlayNC account it said I was due in December instead of November and sent a ticket. It was fixed within 24 hours.

Keep a paper record of every serial code you apply to your account, including the original, if you still have it. For the booster packs and such, they do give you the full code in the email they send you. Print it and keep it.

I used to be annoyed by this. Then my NCSoft Master Account got accidentally banned. If the NCSoft Master Account were not separate from the NCSoft Support account, I wouldn't have had a way to get the issue resolved, since at the time the call center was closed.
