No it's not meant to be like that. There's another thread here discussing this little glitch. It's actually happened before, too, with Citadel.
Facemakin' gone wrong! Doesn't that just make you feel at ease, having them sculpt your face for you?

I just think it's an awesome bug, much better (and appropriate) than when it happened to Citadel. It will of course be fixed, but it's pretty darn cool looking in the meantime.
I still want freakier looking enemies though, the forthcoming demons from Demon Summoning are a step in the right direction. More like them please

I was actually replying to EU_Greg's Cheers, which I believed to be a ty for arranging a Redname review and future fix.
IIRC Sharkbait and yourself actually complained that it had been reported to be fixed with your aformentioned posts.
If you read my reply to EU_Greg's it stated Ty m8, shame Carnifax and Sharkbait don't feel the same.
Which is exactly what you just posted... A diference of opinion.
And shame was only because I like bugs and glitches fixed rather than declared WAI...
I also ensured that both threads knew that it was under review rather than just posting here and leaving it at that.
Also notice that I quoted the posts in reply to mine from the other thread.
Was an interesting bug tho, only hitting the Cap Facemaker...
And when we get tripod and quadroped critters so much the better...

I went to Cap Au Diable Tailor, to update my costume. And found something quite wierd,
The Facemakers face wasnt on her face!?! Ironic??
