Fire/Fire/Blaze critique.
Made a minor change to the build. Changed the Numinas: Heal/Recharge in the 3rd slot of health and added the Regenerative Tissue: +Regeneration.
This was just an oversight on my part when making the initial build.
Anything else I'm missing? Suggestions?
Trade out RotP for Hasten. I would give Hasten no less than 2 slots and I think the +Regeneration unique is on a 120 second timer. So it would be better to slot into a passive power like Health. Also, you should try to fit in a Miracle Unique. Then I'd gut Ring of Fire in order to get some extra slots. Those are just a couple observations after skimming through it. I'm sure I missed a few other things, but it looks good overall.
Edit: Try to give BU another slot or two.
I was torn between RotP and Hasten, but ultimately went with RotP for thematic reasons. I'm not against reconsidering, but will I really need that much +recharge? Healing Flames is already down to a 15s time. Is hasten valuable mostly for the AV's?
Ring of Fire is slotted that way to nab the 3.13% defense to melee. I honestly don't know how the numbers work well enough to be able to tell you if that is significant and if it won't hurt to lose that defense, there are definately other options. Off the top of my head I would probably:
2 Slot Hasten for Recharge
2 Slot Boxing with Pounding Slugfest for +8% Regeneration
4 Slot Char for the +7.5% Recharge and +2% Recovery
*Just feels like I'm giving up more defense than I care to but like I said, I'm no expert. Here is the build with the above changes:

The 8% bonus from Pounding Slugfest isn't worth it. Add that slot to Incinerate for a Touch of Death set. That'll put you up to 26.1% Melee defense. It'll also add another 20.1hp which is worth a lot more than 8% regen.

Only thing I'm still kind of torn on is Hasten vs. RotP.
RotP really fits the them of my Character and unless not having Hasten is going to really hurt the build, I think I'm leaning towards RotP.

If anyone has a suggested build, or can modify the build I posted above I would love them long time!
Don't think you can go to the soft-cap without sacrificing some stuff. This is what Sacred Fire is running at the moment:

Just feels like I have to devote my entire build to getting to the soft-cap in order to even get there, but it feels great on my Fire/Fire/Fire.

I've been kicking around an end-game for my Scrapper who is quickly approaching lvl 50. I figured I'd set out some criteria for what I was looking for and come up with:
Priority:
- Add some Melee and S/L Defense
- Add HP and Regeneration
- Add Recovery
- Add Recharge
- Add Damage
I already have a farmer, so I'm not over concerned about using this toon to farm, but I'm very comfortable with Fire Ball, FSC and Blazing Aura for some occasional farms.
Mostly, this is going to be my main All-Around character Blue-Side. I want to be able to farm a little bit, run Task Forces, and try my hand at Solo'ing some AV's.
Anyway, I'm looking for a little critique since there are people on this forum a lot better at putting together builds than I am.
Oh, and my budget is unlimited.
