You likely have the wrong version on your computer. There are two versions of CoH. The NA version has the files cohupdater.exe and cityofheroes.exe. The EU version has the filenames cohupdater.eu.exe and cityofheroes.eu.exe.

I should have wrote this to begin with but I was logged in earlier, logged out to switch alts and could not get back on. Then I restarted everything tried again and still wouldn't work. I just tried again, now it works. Not sure what the problem was.
make sure you don't have caps locks on?
I'm not sure if this is the right area for this, but here's my problem. I can't log into my account from my computer but if I try from my wife's computer I can log in. The message I get on my computer says incorrect account name or password. Anyone else have this happen to them? I also use the same name and password on another game and it works fine there.
