I contacted Customer Support and (eventually) my correct rewards cycle was restored. Best of luck getting yours sorted out!

I should have received my 9 month veteran reward on the 18th of this month but it has not appeared. Looking at my game account details it shows:
Created On: Jan 18, 2009
Playable Until: Mar 18, 2010
Subscription: 6 Month ($)
Renewal Date: Mar 18, 2010
Total Paid Time: 0 Years, 7 Months
Veteran Rewards Time: 0 Years, 8 Months
The latest six months was paid for in September so it's been over a month on it. The wifes account is showing the same details.
It seems that my total paid time and veteran rewards times are both one month off. Anyone got any thoughts or have seen this before?
