Bug City on Name Display for new Missions?

Been noticing this weird phenomenon that when you get invited to a team and accept, the majority of names of your teams are not visible. In the spots that would normally show their names, it is empty. Now the really weird thing is when I logged in tonight with my level 10 toon, I got an blind invite while at Wentworth's. I really wasn't looking but I thought what the heck, I've got a few minutes to spare. To my amazement, my name was at the top, I had the star (even though I didn't start the team) and it also had my hero's name below mine that was on top. No one else's name on the team was visible but the slots were there as if there were other members on the team. The team chat was going on as normal but I just couldn't see their names.

My first thought was is there someone else with the exact same hero name that fell through the cracks and somehow was approved. I would think with a name like Zena Athena that would be unlikely but could be possible. The biggest thing that I am trying to figure out is why this "no name of group" thing is happening? The other night the same thing happened with my level 50 hero and after a few minutes, the other players names suddenly appeared.

I have checked the "known issues" on coh.com but it did not give me an answer for this issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

It is a known issue and according to the latest patch notes for Test server, there is a fix in the pipeline.
