There's an amazing storm/rad named Ozone. He used hurricane debuff to survive a bunch of things.
With just a set of watchers despair it gets around -60% tohit. Some toons with FA will resist most of it, but SS characters who depend on rage wont, and they will have a -30% after rage and miss most of the time.
Slot lightning storm for end drain, set up in an area and most melees won't be able to touch you. And the end drain will wreck a lot of them.

Yea it is good against melee's but any halfwitted ranged toon will kill you like tissue paper. Storm is only good in duels vs melee toons really, otherwise its very simple to kill a stomie.

How well does a storm/Psy do in PVP...any builds outthier that people would wish to share. iam looking for a middle budget build for her. Any advice or idea's are welcome. thanx
