I suggest posting this is in the Technical Issues and Bugs forums; they deal with questions like this all the time.
But just so you know, problems like you've described are sometimes associated with hardware failure. You should probably check your graphics card temp to make sure its not overheating, but post in the Tech forum too!

also, just because you've run the ati installer doesn't mean that the drivers were actually updated. Did you use the mobility modder tool? http://www.driverheaven.net/modtool.php

Then post the results of these two programs in a new thread in the Tech Forum:
- CoH Helper - it will show us basic computer settings and your CoH configuration.
- HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.

I've got a ATI Mobililty Radeon HD 3670, and lately I've been having immense graphic issues. I'll be playing and suddenly the world will get covered in different graphics (like seeing the entire world comprised of the icon for stamina), or things will disappear (suddenly all heroes are just floating heads).
I've updated my drivers to the latest drivers available and I'm still having issues. Can someone help me or point me to someone who can?
P.S. This is the only game that I'm having these issues with on my computer.
