Ok I have two computers I run COX on my gaming laptop which I use mostly and its connected wirelessy to my internet no problems what so ever runs like a charm.
Then you have my other computer it runs COX not the best but it gets the job done and it's connected to the internet with wires and is not a laptop. Now on the second computer just recently I have run into this problem. I can log in and go to the server select screen but when I click a server to go into it gives me the message "Can't connect to DBserver".
What's going on here? if anyone knows some info that I'm missing please share as this is a thorn in my side. I have made sure the firewall and nothing else is blocking COX. COX ran fine on this comp for as long as I can remember the one day "Can't connect to DBserver"

ok disgaurd this thread I turned off my firewall and it worked instantly, though I wonder why it was blocking when it wasn't saying it was blocking it.
