No problems for me on Justice, and that's even with me running two computers and two accounts on one lousy internet connection.
The only times I've had any problems were due to power flickers on my electric lines. Oddly, my older computer with my second account is the one that stayed up and online while my new computer lost power every time it flickered.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
