Kat/ WP Critique
Just a couple things I saw after a quick glance, and I've never played a Kat scrapper before, but I'd say I'm pretty good with /WP. Don't bother slotting those attacks for endurance, RTTC either. You're a willpower scrapper with QR and Stam early, act like it! Leave the Dam/End enhancements out of your builds in CI's and Sciroccos and replace them with tasty recharge, a proc or whatever else might be lacking. You really only need 5 slots of crushing impact and scirocco's, so six slot those attacks and make the sixth slot something good. That sixth slot in Heightened Senses is useless, move that slot somewhere else where it might do some good. You can get better mileage out of 3 slotting tough and mind over body with Aegis', saving you a slot from each in the process. I'd try to at least to 5 slot build up with Adjusted Targetting, those have some nice set bonuses and are fairly cheap. You want the Steadfast unique in a fourth slot of HPT, that makes it always on (even if you get detoggled) and ready for exemping when you join up on that Posi TF. Those Kismet's might go better in combat jumping, getting them in your build early as well.
So, leave Steadfast in Tough?
How about Assault? I really just want to do more damage but I'm not sure this is worth it...
I'm working with between $100 and $200 million inf on top of most of the IO's that I already have. So, no purples.
I'm concerned with the slotting for DA...opinions and suggestions are encouraged and welcome.
