It doesn't really make sense for a fair number of them, though...
Jurassik: He's mutated by the chemicals in Crey's Folly. Who're you going to punch to make chemicals mutate him faster?

Paladin: He has to be built by other clockwork. I fail to see how punching clockwork is going to make him spawn, since you need the clockwork there in order to build him.

That invasion force is supposed to arrive with the Honoree, but they left their car keys in their other pants.
Ok some of us like to fight these giants alot just go around with a team and beat the living daylights outta them. And I see two GMs Caleb and Deathsurge can be spawned can be spawned by defeating a certain amount of enemys of a certain type. And in the case of Caleb you have to do it during daylight.
Suggestion make all GMs be able to spawn by defeating a certain amount of one type of enemy the type that they belong to.
