FM/Regen Help
To get maximum survivability out of a regen you want to go for maximum rech. Once you cannot get anymore rech into the build, go with enhances that will help your positional defense.

Dark/Shield Build Thread
Alright I am in to the time when I begin slotting my toons for end level gaming..but I feel a bit of a loss right now with slotting my scrapper. So far it is a mish mash of regen/rech. So far what I have got on paper seems ok, but it just doesn't have that right pitch for me. So I am looking for advice on this. Right now I am not looking a purp IOs in the build.
