So my Elec./Elec. Scrapper is going to hit 40 soon, so I decided I need to plan out an IO build for him. The only experience I have with IOs is soft-capping the defense of my /Shields and /SR scrappers which is basic. With Elec being resist based I don't know where to start. I wanna use him to run TFs, Trials and Raids when he hits 50. So I was wondering what should I focus on with IOs. Regen & Recovery, Recharge, Damage? (And what IO sets would I use for these) I don't know. So if anyone has any ideas please help me out. Here's his build that I plan on taking to 50 with just SOs or regular IOs:
