I'll definitely second "Post in the tech issues forum," but one thing does come to mind - do you have a firewall running? It sounds (from a quickl ook) like the program's being blocked.
A common cause of stalling at the "Loading" bar is a Windows skinning program like WindowBlinds. Do you have anything like that running?

Hey there. I logged onto COH the other night and had several updates to run since I haven't been on in a couple of weeks. Updates finished, I logged on and played for a bit. 2 nights ago I tried to log on; game starts to load and it's the blue screen and then nothing... it just sits there with the "Loading" and my cursor just spins and spins.... so I uninstalled the game and downloaded. Download took several hours and it never finished I guess, my computer went into sleep mood. So I resumed the download and it said version "null" on the download screen. Download finished last night; I tried to log into the game and boom... just sat there loading again with the cursor spinning. NOt sure of the "null" had anything to do with it.
Is anyone having this issue?? Has it just been down or did my computer just all of a sudden crap out on me??
