AT&T High-Speed Internet Service and Disconnects

If you have AT&T High-Speed Internet Service (or SBC, or anything related to AT&T) and you have trouble entering certain zones, or are getting Lost Connection to Mapserver randomly...

...send an in-game /petition to Support or contact them via help.ncsoft.com.

I've been talking to a few CoH players, both Mac and Windows, who have been experiencing the above issues. In order to get Support involved and make sure the issue is being fully tracked (and possibly scare AT&T out of whatever they did to cause it over the weekend) make sure Support is fully notified.
