Can someone explain Veteran Rewards time?

I thought free gametime was counted, but it appears that it's not.

When i check my accout on plaync.com it says:

Total Paid Time: 4 Years, 11 Months
Veteran Rewards Time: 5 Years, 1 Months

Then at the bottom it stats i'm due for my 60 month in october.
36 months - Addicted Jul 30, 2007 Details
39 months - Ardent Jan 11, 2008 Details
42 months - Fervent Apr 11, 2008 Details
45 months - Eternal Jul 12, 2008 Details
48 months - Battle Hardened Oct 11, 2008 Details
51 months - To Be Announced Jan 11, 2009 Details
54 months - To Be Announced Apr 14, 2009 Details
57 months - To Be Announced Jul 12, 2009
60 months - To Be Announced Oct 12, 2009

Now if my veteran reward time really is 5 years and 1 month (which i'm pretty sure it is) shouldn't i have gotten this reward a month ago?
Or did they just stop counting my free time between jul 30 2007 and jan 11 2008. I'm pretty sure i didn't cancel the game, but i do think my CC might've expired for a day or two in that period.

Could someone with a little insight explain this to me? cause contact support on this matter i'm just told there's no issue and they refuse to give me any explaination.

By the looks of it, you've paid in advance. You only recieve veteran rewards for time PLAYED, not time PAID. ie, paying in advance does not get you the rewards early.

Isn't that what it says?
i've paid for 4 years 11 months and played for 5 years and 1 month.

Not quite. It seems like the page says you've earned the time when you pay for it. For example, I have 1 year, 3 months listed on my second account, but the 15th month doesn't actually END until the 22nd, so that's when I'll get the rewards.

Sounds to me like you paid 3 months in August, or 6 months in April, or so on. The instant you PAY for the time, you get "Veteran Time" credited on your account info, but you don't actually get the rewards until the time is up.

Assuming you've never deactivated your account, a better way to figure it out is to start at the "Created on" date listed on the account details, and count forward from then until today to see what you should actually have. If you HAVE gone on hiatus at any time, it might be much harder to count out on your own.

It is counted. I started playing in late May 2005 and have gotten free months from Good vs Evil and Architect and my vet rewards are timed correctly counting from May.

What it's saying is that you have paid for 4 years 11 months, and earned the rest of the Veterans time through free trial, and time added by Retail purchases or referring friends.

Like Roderick said, the account info shows you your current Veteran's Time EARNED. The date you actually get the reward in-game is listed below.

You wont have actually PLAYED for 5 years until Oct 12, 2009 and you wont get the rewards in-game until some time on that date.

As another example:
I'm on an annual+2 subscription and prepaid until March of 2010, which brings me to a Veteran Reward status of 45 months, but I am currently only up to 39 in-game.
