Level Pacts Broken

I just came back from a short (around a month and a half) break from the game. I got burnt out and decided to quit for awhile and come back once I16 was live. When I came back today, I found out all my leveling pacts with my wife's characters were broken (she kept her account active while I was gone). Is this supposed to happen, or was it a bug of some sort. If I contact support will they be able to do anything for me?

It's supposed to happen when an account expires.

If you're really lucky, support might reinstate them for you, but you really shouldn't hold your breath about it. It's a very long shot.

We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.

Okay, if that's the way it's supposed to work I probably won't bother with a support ticket. Just recreate or delete them.

This happened to my girlfriend and I, when her account lapsed for a very short time. However it only happened for one of our pacts, all the others were fine. Support reinstated it, but I think only because one out of many that didn't break.
