Pay for a Transfer on the first character, then when you move the second, you will get a free rename. If you want them both to get new names, make a placeholder with the name on the new server then buy the Transfers and both will get free renames.

I play two characters with the same exact name on the same account but on different servers. I'd like to move them both to the same server, ie one is on Freedom, one is on Victory, I want to play them both on Victory.
What would be the best way to accomplish this?
Should I go ahead and request the move first, then change the name once hes on Victory, should I change his name first before transfer? If I move it, will I get a free rename chance since the name is already taken on Victory?
