I16 Ouroboros portal bug

Something I just noticed with todays release. When I was on a Ouro flashback, I was unable to open up the Ouro portal. The moment I dropped the flashback, the portal opened up for me.

Did you have temp powers disabled for the Flashback?

No, I did not, but even that option never disabled access to the ouro portal.

It didn't used to, but some time before I16 it did. I discovered this in the past week when I started working on Ouroboros badges on my Blaster.

As to your issue...dunno.

Confirmed!

While on a flashback, the Portal Summon power activates, but the portal never actually spawns.

I quit the Flashback and the Portal instantly appeared where I had summoned it.

Ouro Portal does not count as a Temp power. Running several MoSTF with Temp powers disabled.. we still use it every time to get to PI, and again to get back to IP.

Matter of fact, you can have the option "Only AT Powers" and the Ouro Portal will still work.

The power is not grayed out. It still works, but the Portal itself just doesn't appear while you are on a flashback.

*Granted, I tested this while being EX'd to level 19, so it may be level restricted to 25+?

Edit:
I just tested again being EX'd to lvl 35 with the same result. Maybe they don't want us to use Ouro as a travel power.. haha

Edit2:
It summons just fine if the Flashback doesn't EX you. For example, I just ran a lvl 50 flashback and it worked normally.

I did some more testing..

It doesn't let you summon it anytime you are EX'd... even on regular teams. It's probably due to the super-sidekicking feature or something?

No, I was having this issue running 1-14 arcs on my level 50 a week before I16. Your theory about it having an effect only if you're exemped sounds like it might be the reason, though.
