You can use the "subscribe to thread" feature, or (this only goes to 500 posts) click on your name and choose "find more posts".
See your post in this thread? Click on your name and select "View public profile".
Then, on the Statistics tab, right-click on "View all posts by SpaceNut" and select "Copy URL" or "Copy Link Location" or however your browser states it.
Then, you should be able to create a new bookmark from scratch using that URL, which will generate the dynamic search results each time.

NP, and a lot easier than to subscribing to every thread in which you post 
So on the old forums I had bookmarked the "show all user's post" for myself so that I could check on threads I had replied to. The way the new forum works, that link is a dynamic search that expires after some amount of time, which means my bookmarked link dies.
How do I make something like the Dev Digest for myself so I can reliably find my past posts?
