This very rarely happens to me as well. If you back out to the server selection screen, then re-select your server, it usually fixes itself.

That's odd. Have you tried logging out completely, then logging in again by re-entering your account name and password?
If nothing works, you may need to contact customer support.
It's probably because there is maintenance going on. Try again this afternoon
thank you guys for the reply, i have done everything re logging back and forth, re downloading the game. And still having the same problem. Though i can make new characters i just can't log them back in the city after i come back in the game again.
I'll try the ncsoft support and we'll see if they can fix it!
It's a bug that happens sometimes, seems like a lot of folks who made accounts during the maintenance period were hit by it. Support will be able to fix it

Looks like they have fixed my issue, i can access all my characters now that i made before. Hope that other that had same prob get theirs fix
So i upgraded my 14day trial, bought the game entered the serial key, got the game from the website, but after i made my hero, later on the day when i try to log in, on the character select screen it wont let me enter the city!! the bar located down to the right, the color is just grey and can't do anything. anyone know what the problem may be?
