problem creating peacebringer?

I am having trouble creating a new peacebringer. I have gotten three toons to 50, the last being yesterday. I have created them in the past. Is anyone else having an issue? Tried several servers and a restart. Any ideas?

That's an important clarification. At least one of your 3 50's is a hero yes?

If it is, then log in with them, log back out and it should work.
