I assume you mean stutter, as in swinging their arms back and forth repeatedly due to restarting the animation over and over?

I rather regularly employ the use of my Pocket D teleporter. As such, I see this 'stuttering', and it still is making me cringe every time I see it.
Haven't used the other porters(Base/Mission) since the most recent patch, so I cannot say what is doing what.
As of last night the mission teleporter works fine.
Just tired out my Pocket D TP and it still stutters. It is rather annoying as is the lag that seems to have been around since shortly after I15 was released. Not sure what's going on, but I am pretty sure it isn't my system.
Yes, mine all stutter. Additionally, it seems if someone nearby uses something like an O-portal, it will stop my animation AND take up it's use. Which is rather annoying. Not sure what other things cause it. I know sometimes when I interupt it by moving it will take up a use as well.
Recall friend, Pocket D, assemble the team, etc all seem to do it.
Some other fun stuff I've noticed about Self Destruct:
Sometimes I activate it, and it doesn't work although it goes into cool down.
Sometimes I activate it and self rez afterwords.
But the best happened last night. I use SD to go to hosp so I can work on DJ badge. I used SD, Died but didn't blow up, just took all the damage while running around till i dropped (I was a lvl 50 in AP so it wasnt mobs killing me). I rez to hosp. When i rez, I go through the SD animation without taking the damage, followed by an auto self rez (my blaster doesnt have self rez).
Add tp foe to the stutter list as well...

Is it just me, or does the market teleporter animation "stutter" now?
