[UNIONVERSE!] War of the Dragons: Bonehead Maneuver ((Open RP))

Somewhere between Skyway City and Talos Island's War Walls...

A large object has appeared above Paragon City in a very large (and probably bothersome, depending on people's opinions of 'bothersome') puff of dark smoke! To call it a UFO would be as accurate as any other unidentified object, however in this case the F stood for 'Falling'. No sooner did the object, described as a cargo ship in the sky by several witnesses, appear did it begin a rapid descent towards the ground. Perhaps it was a cargo boat after all.

Nevertheless, a large cargo ship-like object has just slammed into the ground, causing tremors across the surrounding zones!

Skyway City...

Richie Stacker, the Crazy Dragon, cringed as the object crashed rather unceremoniusly crashed down to planet Earth. The poor Durham lad almost fell on his backside in the resulting quake, too. However, Richie maintained some semblance of balance, gaining instead a rapidly growing sense of dread.

"I knew something was gonna go ape-mess," Richie muttered as he made a mad dash for the Talos exit, not far from his current location. "I just flamin' well KNEW IT!!"

((Okay, what peoples immediately need to know: There is now a large cargo vessel of the planet Earth's seafaring kind planted firmly between Talos and Skyway City. Until someone investigates, this is all that is known to anyone who noticed. No obvious signs of life on the upper decks, bridge included - not that you would expect that, really. The boat seems to be creaking slightly from side to side. Just barely, but it's a sign it's not sitting in a stable position.))

((Finally, as per the thread title, this takes place in the Unionverse.))

((Well, I'd have thought someone would want to investigate why the hell a large boat just popped out of nowhere and crashed between two zones. As much as people want to kid themselves, like the failures in the GGOOC channel this side of the pond are doing as I type, it's not a common occurence that anyone wanting to call themselves a hero would want to simply shrug off, you think?))

((And... it's not just restricted to anyone who's 'in' on it, not that there were many anyway, being on the surface a spontaneous event. :P ))
