Level 35 Sting of the Manticore: Accuracy/ Damage enhancement is not able to be slotted by a level 32. It shows "red" and the text says "Cannot use Enhancement until you reach Security Level 33".
(I had trained to 32 and the snipe, Proton Volley, is accepting other level 35 snipe set enhancements.)
