Nope, they made it pretty clear before the transition, on more than one occasion, that changing forum handles would not be a supported function on the new boards.

We were given ample opportunity and time to change names. Bit too late now. We've been expecting a forum change for like... 2 years + now, so when they said "get on it" most of us did. Sorry.

Was kind of hoping that the new boards would support names less than 5 characters long so I could finally get rid of those extra underscores, but now it looks like I'm stuck with it. Bah.

I believe the "get your name while you can" was in one of the "we're moving to new forums" announcements - or perhaps, in the discussion after. But they did comment about it a couple times, I know that.
