Shadowfall penalty

I was looking through combat attributes on my MM today, and I saw something unusual that I had never noticed before. Shadowfall was decreasing my Jump movement. Nothing about that was in the Info, and I never remember hearing anyone discuss it before, nor do I remember seeing it when I picked the power.

Am I just misremembering? Because while I didn't spend a lot of time checking, it never really feels like I'm jumping less. Admittedly this character walks or teleports all the time so jumping isn't common, but is this a real thing, or just a display error?

The MM version currently has a -20% jumpspeed penalty for some reason. The other ATs don't have the penalty.

I think it's an oversight, but on the other hand, I don't see it affecting anyone much, so it might linger there for a long while.

That's correct, both had a speed penalty waaay back in the old days.

Also worth noting is that the penalty only affects the caster, not everyone in SF's radius.

Yeah, definitely this. All these powers had general movement penalties. They were removed a long time back. Looks like the Mastermind version missed the memo.

I know I've /bugged it at least once, but it's obviously a low priority item. It only affects /Dark Miasma Masterminds, it only affects jumping speed, and it's a small debuff (-20%, vs. for example SJ's +2780% or even Hurdle's +124.5%)

Got a PM back from Castle saying he was going to fix this.
Agreed it wasn't a large dealio, but red numbers are a downer.
