Stealth Def Bonus

Can any one tell me the Def bonus stealth gives after you attack? and weather the bonus is still increased by slotting or not?

Think it's halved for 10 seconds after you attack, and the bonus does count.

That's what I get from Red Tomaxes description of it anyway.

So for a Blaster it halves to 1.75% and is enhancable.
