Are solo cards now not recurring?
You could attempt to send a ticket? If they can't fix your problem, they will probably let you know on what you could do next.
However, I had a quick observation at the help section on the official PlayNC website. I had a look at the "My account stopped renewing" and it mentions this:
"Recurring billing will automatically stop if your credit card has expired. It may also stop if your financial institution declined the attempted charge.
If your card has expired, you simply need to reactivate your account with your updated billing information. Please see the article below for help with doing so.
How do I activate/reactivate my game account?
If your card has not expired, you will need to contact your financial institution for help. The details of denials are not available to the NCsoft Support Team."
I would suggest to also send a ticket, but here it says you need to contact your financial institution. I guess if you try both of these and have no luck, you're gonna need to pay for your accounts with another method of payment.
I have reactivated and sent a ticket as there is nothing wrong with the card or my bank.

I pay for both of my accounts with my solo card and up to now have not had a problem.
Suddenly, both my accounts expired over the last couple of days and I had to reinput the details to reactivate, despite the card being current and valid.
Id this something new or have they started doing the same as they did with the maestro cards?
