The current costume file/data format takes c.8kb per costume, even though much of the data appears to be placeholders.
If these (apparent) placeholders are removed (and treated as default values if neccesary) then the format can be shrunk by a large amount - in but a few tests I've seen a 40% reduction as quite commmon.
Given that I14 Mission Architect missions are:
* being bloated by the need to store this superfluous costume data
and
* have a strict 100k limit on data transfer
It would appear time to suggest that the costume file format is updated for network usage.
