Long Powers for i13 PvP
Don't be so sure. Although Flurry received a ridiculous damage boost, some powers with -extremely- long animations (Full Auto anyone?) actually had their damage -nerfed- (sometimes even cut in half) for no explainable reason for i13 PvP.
It's really weird. Don't bother trying to understand it.
End cost is taken into account as well.
Castle or BaB (iirc) posted something giving a few details some time ago. No figures just general principles. I think its in the Ask a Dev section on balancing powers somewhere.

I realize now since i13 the longer the duration of the animation of a power the more damage it deals (for pvp).
I guess we all know some of the best ones would be Flurry and Spirit Sharks.
Although now most of the broadsword powerset will be more efficient for pvp and some other odd attacks such as Eviscirate, Eagles Claw, Knockout Blow, Shadow Maul and sniper attacks.
That is all I can be bothered to quickly think off. Anyone else have a good few to list?
