If you actually want to do something about it, you can do two things.
Make a thread in the mmorpg.com coh forums and hope a mod notices it before the troll population does heh. But I wouldn't bet on that doing to much at all.
Then we have a more direct way of getting a point across.
Send a mail to community@mmorpg.com with your suggestion/complaint , that should go straight to the community manager.
