Reworked TP pool
i always thought the TP friend and Tp enemy seamed alittle odd in they way that you need 2 powers to realy be able to the same thing with the exception of distance the powers are the same. personally i think they should be merged into 1 power and some think new added like the blink idea already talked about.

3. teleport chain (same as current teleport power)

Anchored teleport: you set a "pin" in the map by physically standing at the position and activating the power. when you activate the power (long activation and disruptable so not to be used in combat) you get an option list (like base teleporter) where you select either "set anchor" (you name the anchor when you set it) or you click on an existing anchor. Numbers are limited to 1 anchor per two or three levels. ( a system where you can use team mates as anchors would be nice too).

Number four is nice. I see no reason to gimp TP foe by removing the 'TP off cliff option'. Increased range would be nice, as would be blooming stealth factor. As in, the mobs DONT know where the TP'er is, so they all hound after them. I mean, thats the whole POINT of TP, no one knows where it came from!
