Well, here goes my first attempt on building a mostly IO build. It's a semi-budget build (thus no Armageddon or Ragnarok) but I'm relatively flexible. It's for both solo and group play, with the knockbacks providing soft control.

Any tips, both to power selections and slotting would be much appreciated.

I think you could get better results with that amount of money used. You got sort of random bonuses in there, try to get more +regen in there. +HP too if you arent going to use DP perma.

Actually, this thread does make me wonder: what is the best thing to try and trick out a Claws/Regen with? More regen? Max HP, some other form of defence such as +resist or +def? Or is +recharge recommended so heals are up more regularly?

I'd probably go for +rech as my first concern and +HP as my second. If I could get DP perma it would be a dream

I'd probably go for +Rech until at around 50% global bonus (enough for perma DP with hasten) and after that concentrate on +Regen bonuses.

Dunno what you were trying to achieve but swithced things around a bit, hope it gives you some ideas.

Reply to the OP: Unless you really want that toxic resistance, I'd swap one Hecatomb out for an Achilles Heel proc in Slash.

But, well, anyone who knows me well knows that I'm addicted to that proc... I daresay for good reasons!
