When farming with both my accounts, the one I've got in follow mode has been walking quite often so I don't think it is that hard to implement.

True so why upgrade it and the graphic this may be abit off subject but i'm sick of the old GTA fingers i mean the grphics now are much better so why don't they just upgrade them

Unfortunately, for a really major graphics overhaul, they would, inevitably, need to upgrade the engine and all that...
Which would put tha game out of action for a few months, or something...
Which, in turn, is most likely not going to happen.

That, and I dont think my laptop would run an uber CoX with updated graphics =[ not unless they invented a sytem what took up a tiny ammount of space and ran reeeeally smooth.
I wish XD Dear Santa...

The NPCs have a walk animation. However, the NPCs are all the same hight...

Not strictly true. In CoV there are civvies who are around four feet high, walking. They are moving no faster or slower than other NPC walkers.

Whu?!?

5 CD's is LESS than 1 DVD, let alone 2. Computer programs, especially games, are getting bigger and bigger. Already we're getting single games on multiple DVD's. Give it 3-5 years, we'll all be putting Blu Ray drives into our machines.

@FloatingFatMan

Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Quite.

In 25 years we have gone from magnetic tape, to 5 3/4" floppies, to 3 1/2" floppies, to CD to DVD. That's an avarage of a new format every 5 years, and we have been on DVDs for a few years now.

don't forget that with the format came leaps in disc size

tape - no idea
5 3/4 - 700kb ish (I think)
3 1/4 - 1.4mb
CD - 700mb
DVD - 4GB

I'm not sure what a blue ray disc holds, but the future looks huge.
