Guys,

I was poking around a police station in Paragon City the other day and noticed these. [linky] Does anyone know what they are? (Not in a game way, as they are not active, but just within the world of CoH.)

I was just planning a story and wondered what the police use them for.

Think they are the docking stations for the PPD hardsuits

I just presumed it was a connect four game

Could be the power that controls the jail cells upstairs in which you must protect them otherwise the villains break free? (is there code ingame for this to happen?)

@Damz Find me on the global channel Union Chat. One of the best "chat channels" ingame!

I always thought they were some form of recharge station... PPD Hardsuits would fit but also officers needing a quick rest and recharge before heading back onto the streets.

BTW the cells are traditionally downstairs not up!

Otherwise how could suspects "accidently" trip down the stairs during interrigation.

Well the advantage with havibg the cells upstairs is that the suspect could potentially trip and fall down the stairs more than once before making it to the top!

Disadvantages are that having them at the top a bust out just needs a helicopter.

Or the ability to fly

"Well, they found my diary today.
They were appropriately appalled
at the discovery of the eight victims
They're now putting it all together.
Women wrapped in silk
with one leg missing
Eight legs, one body, silk,
spider, brilliant!"
