I hope in the future it is possible for us non eventers to 'earn' fun stuff like that as well. I understand the reason for giving them first to the eventers but I hope we are not left out.

The things I listed were all examples of things we plan on doing, or are already doing, to distribute codes to our community. Another example: I've already mentioned I intend to run a contest for the community to build a costume for my redname character. I'd definitely include PPD Codes for the winner and selected runners-up as part of the prize pool.
Also, for the Fight Night folks - how they give out the codes we've supplied is entirely up to them. They could give one to the attendee with the worst costume if they wanted

Anyone with an idea for an in-game event they want to run can always contact me (via PM or email to ghostraptor(at)ncsoft(dot)com) and ask if I'd be willing to supply codes for prizes. For example, if someone were to run another 'costume' contest like the recent Superhero event then I'd definitely consider supplying some codes for prizes.

Well I for one will be doing a 15 minute tear-filled rant on Youtube later today.
This should be made as error free police boost... read... a real PPD hardsuit over the character wearing it. Showing the right face etc.
Combined with police emotes etc.

i only hope that, if they put it in EU magazines, that it's not another contest.(had that with a GW mini, they should have given enough for the giving.
I hope it is a competition - if most of the playerbase had them they'd be less special.

A real PPD hardsuit dosen't actually show the face, it is a full helmet which would work a lot better than the PPD Shell, which is what the temp power actually is. It looks cooler and you wouldn't have the problem of it showing the wrong face.
