Heya,

I have been taking a look at Mid's and for some reason, I can't find the ToHitDebuff value for Tenebrous Tentacles. Checked later in Red Tomax City of Data but there it doesn't even state that Tenebrous Tentacles have a ToHitDebuff effect which is odd because, either City of Data is wrong or the game has a serious bug since TT definitely accepts ToHitDebuff enhancements.

Does anyone know the ToHitDebuff Values for Defenders and/or Scrapper Ancillary?

Both CoD and Mids' are showing the -ToHit values for both versions of TT just fine.

CoD certainly has them, its 9.4% for the Defender version (less than I thought actually, I though it was 12%) Reference

Scrapper version is 5.4% Reference
