It might happen with the upcoming mission creator. But not likely.
It's not that players won't like it - it's just that it is very hard to implement, unfortunately.
true but would be so much fun to have your own villian group running around. besides i got the idea from the arch-nemisis creator on champions online
Not sure if this is doable. I noticed that my pc handles large groups of npc's better then large groups of heroes. And basicly you would be facing loads of 'players' with these villain groups. So if what i see is true that could be quite a problem for those of us without high end systems.

just thought this one up. right how about a villian group creator where you make the underlings, minions, leitenants, bosses, EB and AVs with a creation system likew hero creator and you fight them in various areas or your choice and people rate them and if they rate high and keep rating high they stay but if they don't they get removed form the game
