Broadsword and Katana proc IO slotting Advice

I have played both a BS and Kat scrap to 30 and have used a number of proc IOs in their attacks. My question is: which of these is actually a siginificant upgrade to slotting a damage enh or rech enh in it rather:

Achilles Heel -res: I slot this in my cone AE and low single target attack so that I have the largest chance of it going off. One of the issues with BS and Kat is the S/L damage type which is resisted a lot. I feel that this proc IO is a good addition. PS: I read on the US forums that the duration of this -res proc is now fixed for I12, it lasts 10 seconds and not forever anymore. Does this change this proc's usefulness?

Lady Grey chance of neg damage: nice number to see popping up now and then, I slot it in my cone AE, low singel target and big single target hits. Is it worth it?

Force Feedback +rech: I slot this in my level 26 big single target attack (for now). I think this is the best of all of them and provides an amazing recharge on atacks and build up. It goes off a lot. Is it worth slotting it in the level 32 big attack?

On another note: both my scrappers are WP, I find that the Dark Watcher -rech proc IO in Rise to the Challenge works very well indeed.

The only proc's I have in my BS scrapper are to finish of sets so that I can get the defence bonus I need. I thought raw damage was better than procs for damage.

Now the -res would be something I'd have if I could fit it in, MaX's DB scrapper has it and I duo'd with him to 50. It makes a bigger difference Vs EB's and AB's than a simple damage proc because the whole team benefits.

The +rech is a given, good for all but might not be so amazing if they ever fix it. It fire's off too often at the moment

They're now putting it all together.
