Mmm, difficult one without seeing your current build mate. If you are looking for +acc and +dmg there are many ways to get it, +rchg for your Follow Up to be up as much as possible is one of them
The ranged set in focus (+regen, +maxHP, +rech and some +dmg), melee and PBAoE sets for more +rechg. You should aim for at least 60% +rech total to get dull pain perma and that's basically it for a regen ;D

That's the way I intend to go on my regen too when I eventually get around to IOing it up.

Nightmarer, I've never taken "Follow up" as a power, as never had any use for it...as far as I'm concerned my DPS is sufficient. I know I could make it better, but then I'd have to miss out on another power. I might consider it in my next respect (maybe).

DSorrow, You must be doing something wrong if you need perma Dull Pain, I've probably only ever used it against EBs (solo), or in bad PuGs.

I was talking about all four of the purple IO damage sets. One for single target melee attacks (Hecatomb), the PBAoE set (Armageddon), the single target ranged set (Apocalypse) and the ranged AoE set (Ragnarok).
And yes, all the purple IO's are unique, but that simply means you can't have more than one of the same IO. So, for example, you have Hecatomb: Damage on Sting of the Wasp. That means you can't slot a Hecatomb: Damage on Gambler's Cut, because you already have that IO in your build. You can still slot other IO's, of course

Things like perma dull pain arent needed but they sure do make life easier. Like my father says: money doesnt buy you happiness but it sure does make life easier

Ok, I haven't got around to sorting out what Purple IO set I should have on my Build. I would probably sway to the side of having better damage or accuracy, over the other options. Any suggestions on what I should take and in what power?
