Plan was to stay as reasonable as I could and yet get some nice regen to go with the sets def and res. I dont have enough to complete this build yet (9HOs, 4 Dervishes, 4 LotGs, 2 Triage, 2 Numina (for DP) short at the moment)

I dont need aid self cause of the regen, my only worry is I'm losing a bit or recharge in Spine Burst at the moment, that might become a Multistrike/dervish combo

I like it, 326% regen is impressive but what I like best is your slotting on Invincibility. You are pretty much well covered for any kind of dmg, specially energy which is always good on an inv, plus you have the massive +regen to cover up for psi dmg.
I'd probably had tried to cover a bit more for psi dmg with a few uniques and some set, I feel is a pity to spend all that inf for not having it covered, but then I'd have to reduce stats somewhere else.

Nice build.

You might want to change the Heal-IO in health into a Numina's: Heal IO to get a further 12% regen set bonus (assuming you're not at the cap for +12% bonus)

Have one in there if you check, two numina's plus the regen tissue, plus the standard.

I think the only one I'm capped at is the 10%s
