Only gripe is that Back-up's head and shoulders seem disproportionately small... and not just compared to her breasts (which seem more... volumious per piece then her head)

Well, it's mostly just the first one...
The third one has a smaller head too, but with the perspective that's not really worth mentioning.
The 4th one has the smaller shoulders too, but again, not as much.
It really is just the first one, I guess...
