Check my Ice/Cold Corruptor build for PvP, please.
I've never pvp'd really, so this advice may be pants. Sorry in advance if it is!
But to answer your questions:
1) I'd go with acrobatics. The +stealth of AF is nice - though I don't think it's the best stealth ever. Not on a par with any dedicated invisibility or stealth power (Don't quote me on this, I may be wrong), but acro has hold resistance, that'd help against controllers, or the occasional TA defender or whatnot.
2) Patron-power wise, if you ARE going to take arctic fog ever. Skip the pet. If it gets out of the radius of the fog, it'll be a giant giveaway of your location. No idea how useful web cocoon would be.
3) No idea patron power wise, sorry again. Bitter freeze ray is a bit of a marmite skill though, with a gargantuan animation time, lots of people don't like it. Though many that like it seem to swear by it. If you want it, bear this in mind.
4) In my (brief) times pvping with a brute, I found jump to be ok for most. Of course flyboys always gave me trouble, and speeders had a penchant of running off at mach 10. But that's what happens when you rely on fists to do the job. Being able to fight at range, you should avoid troubles with the flyers out there. And really I'd assume the slow of your cold could help to bring speeders to a grinding halt.

I don't really take Arctic fog for stealth... it seems to have some very good resists built in it like 15% Energy/Cold/Fire and snare resists... sounds useful, especially with all the EM people around.
Though I do lean towards acrobatics on the second thought, as I will already have some good defenses with Benumb and all kiting and recharge slowing I got.
By the way - I see people tend to skip the Patron Power pets. Is there any reason for that? It looks to me like a nice investment - so what is the reason for the pet hate?
The problem with the pets from what I've read, is that they sap 1/4 of your endurance to summon, aren't overly damaging, and can't take much of a beating. Not to mention you can only have the pet up about half of the time at best.
I've never got to a high enough level to summon them, so once again, can't really comment from experience.

Mace is best patron a villain can get for PvP. Both web envelope and web cocoon prevent jumping which together with all your massive slows can keep almost any enemie stuck on the spot sort of indefinately giving you a freebie kite session they'll long remember.
Also the -rech of both (cocoon has a pretty hefty -rech) will stack with all your -rech from ice/ and /cold leaving them without hardly any powers to fire of
Mace has 2 good powers for PvP corrupters, but maybe you find you prefer taking other (pool) powers instead like some others.
Patron pets pretty much suck (especially pvp wise) except the heal bot Mu guardian for domis.

I do not incluide slotting - I just want you to check the build overall and see if it has the needed stuff to live in sirens Call (30 exemplar) and that it ofc has everything needed for level 50. Please give me advice on what to remove or add as well!
Also I have 4 questions build regarding:
1) Is it better to take Acrobatics or Arctic Fog for PvP purposes at level 30? (Siren's Call)
2) Patron powers: what is a better choice as level 49 power? Disruptor (Arachnobot summon) or Web Cocoon?
3) Maybe it is a better idea to tak Web Cocoon instead of Web envelope and then add Bitter Freeze Ray to the build in order to have on option to stack high magnitude hold on targets? (3 powers with 3 mag hold each, with somehasten and recharge reduction will beat 12 mag protection and cause toggle drop)
4) I have only one travel power in my build: Super Jump. Is it enough for PvP or I better take super speed as a backup option?
