Just another attempt, Ice/EM blaster, comments pls
You built it very differently to my blaster going for different things, but the numbers seem to add up when fighting at 50 though it will suffer when exemped for zones. Just wondered why you went for mez resistance bonus'?

They just came up before +dmg, I tried and focus on burst dmg, recharge and max HP... the rest of the buffs just came along with them . You got very different numbers?
I went for accuracy and recharge and maxing acc/dam/rec/range in attacks

Its mainly designed for teams when my tray is 20 reds so +damage isnt much of an issue and without PB I felt more accuracy and as much range as possible would benefit me

Hey mate, would love you know what your getting those numbers from? IOs, Set IOs, HOs, a mix?
I tryed with a mix but then I couldn't see how you'd get 50% acc Set Bonus with out slotting at least 4 of the same Set IO is all attacks?
tbh, would love to see you build if possible. I thought mine was maxed out but then looking at this post, I guess I could change some stuff. HOs would be better but then I'd be loosing my set Bonuses and I do love my bonuses!

Why is that?
I quite like Makos. I wouldn't slot it ALL though as the proc is a bit naff... but 4x Mako, 2x Crushing Impact can give a good spread of %s and +damage. Same with 4x Devastation, 2x Thunderstrike in ranged attacks.
Assuming that you've got a full attack chain already and aren't trying for something like "Perma-Dull-Pain", you don't get much benefit from the +recharge in Crushing Impact... the +acc isn't great since you already get high accuracy values in each power with IO sets (and extra accuracy is less effective than +tohit buffs).
Makos is arguably a bit less useful than CI since CI gives both +accuracy and +recharge whereas Makos only gives +damage... but I wouldn't say that Makos is a bad set. If you've already got plenty of accuracy and recharge (Hasten or LOTGs and Aim/FA/TD/Tactics?) stacking up +15% damage is nothing to sneeze at.

crazy [censored] salavage requirements, numbers are nothing to write home about, 3% damage buff is meh and negligable even when stacked, you really want to grub for extra damage pop a red, they not hard to come by. In terms of cost to benefit ratio they are well down the list. 5 Crushing Impacts and one filler IO to cap all the good stuff off ftw.
+recharge and +acc is what pvps all about, no point having a fractionally more powerful attack if it doesnt land or doesnt land often enough.
Im 10 seconds off perma hasten on my em/fire brute atm

A bit of a harsh statement but I still agree with Stalk on this one, I've done tones of builds for SG and Friends and not once slotted Mako. The only time I've used it is on my blaster for team PvP on test and even now I think the recharge would be better to get Hibernate, Build Up and Aim back faster.
