for pve purposes you only need 45% to get critters to 5% tohit floor but there are def debuffs you may wish to allow for and you may want as much as poss for pvp purposes.

i was wondering if any1 could tell me directly me or point me to information regarding the increase in defense gained by using different powers ie. each of the toggles and autos in the SR powerset each increase defense but by how much? And how much do power pool sets increase defnese ie. invisibility against weave etc. Also was wondering if there was a cap on the highest defense one could have, ie. if i got every power that increased defense would eachpower add the whole defense bonus or does the bonus decrease as it gets higher or does it reach and maximum (mayb 75%) and stop increasing?
